Sensor systems provider Transense Technology has entered an exclusive distribution agreement for its wireless sensor system for smart grids with EL PE Engineers in India.
EL PE will distribute the IntelliSAW wireless/passive temperature monitoring system. This is a continuous monitoring system that can help to improve the performance of electricity plant. The monitor can warn the electricity supplier if the equipment is overheating.
The minimum revenue target over the next two years is $375,000.
This deal follows a similar agreement covering the south eastern US with Tech One Electronics of Florida.
