China-based Auhua Clean Energy has announced plans to join AIM later this month.
Auhua designs and manufactures split solar-powered heating systems: in the period between January 2008 and June 2011 it has sold more than 110,000. The company's factory in Jinan City, Shandong Province can manufacture 50,000 units a year, whilst a new factory in Rushan City could eventually produce 40,000 units a year.
Auhua sells under two brands: Weiliya and Jinbiao.
China has committed to ambitious targets for the reduction of carbon emissions, and some local governments have made the installation of solar power systems mandatory.
No valuation has been published as yet for Auhua, which currently expects to join AIM on 16 December. The nominated adviser and broker is Northland.
