Energy procurement consultancy Utilitywise has secured the earnings enhancing acquisition of Energy Information Centre (EIC), an energy procurement business focused on risk management and portfolio energy management products for industrial and commercial customers.

AIM listed Mytrah Energy will present at High Growth Renewables & Cleantech: India, an event organised by Cleantech Investor, on 20 June 2013.

Mytrah Energy (India) Limited has eleven wind farms with a total operating capacity of 310 MW spread across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.

A further 274 MW of wind power assets are at advanced stages of development and are expected to be delivered in stages by September 2013 extending the presence to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The company also has a further 900 MW in its active development pipeline that are expected to be completed by 2015.
