Doctor in Manufacturing Engineering (Federal University of Santa catarina, 2003); Master of Economics (Federal University of Santa Catarina (1999) and graduate in Economic Sciences (Federal University of Uberlândia, 1997).
Executive President of ABEEOLICA, the Brazilian Wind Energy Association, since September 2011. Member of the Directorate of CCEE, the Chamber of Commerce of Electrical Energy, from June 2006 to April 2011. Advisor to ELECTROSUL (2005-2006), Consultant to ELECTROBRAS (2001), Consultant to ANEEL (2001), Professor, Federal University of Santa Catarina (1998-2000).
